Terms & Conditions Agreement

1. Booking & Confirmation
• A booking is confirmed only after receiving a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost.
• Dates are not reserved until the deposit is paid.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date (as agreed).

2. Payment Terms
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
• Any additional items or last-minute changes will be charged separately.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellation within:
• 7–14 days before event: Partial refund (if applicable)
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be offered (subject to availability).

4. Damage & Loss
• The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of hired decoration items during the event.
• Replacement or repair costs will be charged accordingly.

5. Setup & Pack Down
• Setup and pack-down times must be agreed in advance.
• The client must ensure clear access to the venue.
• Delays caused by the client or venue may incur additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities
• Ensure correct event details (date, time, location) are provided.
• Provide a safe working environment.
• Obtain any required venue permissions.

7. Changes to Booking
• Changes must be requested at least 48–72 hours prior.
• We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
• Price adjustments may apply.

8. Weather Conditions (Outdoor Events)
• For outdoor setups, the client must arrange backup shelter.
• We are not liable for damage caused by weather conditions.

9. Liability
• We are not responsible for:
• Injuries caused by misuse of items
• Venue-related issues
• Delays beyond our control
• Liability is limited to the total amount paid.

10. Use of Photos
• We may take photos/videos of setups for marketing purposes.
• Please inform us if you do not wish your event to be photographed.

11. Acceptance
• By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
